At the Town Hall meeting held back in September, I discussed that the Wisconsin Center District would once again participate in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel “Top Workplaces” survey.   We won as a Top Workplace in 2023 and 2025, because of you and we again want to hear from you on how we are doing and your experience working at the WCD.

On Monday, November 10, 2025 @ 6:00pm, you received an email from “Energage Survey”, which included an access link to the survey.  This survey will be sent to your personal email account that we have on file. The survey will close on Saturday, December 6, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m.
 

• Energage is an independent research company and they are conducting the survey.  Your responses are confidential so please be honest, we want to hear what you think. 
• A few things to note:
• Energage provides a participation percentage throughout the three weeks that the survey is open. As participation increases, we will show our appreciation for your feedback by having special events to mark percentage milestones.
• If you do not receive the survey email, please check your spam or junk email for a message from “Energage Survey.”  To open the survey invitation, you may have to confirm the email is not spam.  If it is not in your spam, please contact Human Resources to verify your current email address.
• If you accidently delete the survey, no worries, you will receive reminder messages that will include the access link 
• Please do not forward the survey email to a colleague. Each email has a unique code to prevent multiple responses from a single person. 
• Please reach out to Energage at 1-800-749-0187 or reply to your survey email if you have questions regarding the survey.
