At the Wisconsin Center District, we believe in investing in you just as much as we invest in our venues. That’s why we created BPX University, a training and career development program designed to help you unlock new skills, grow and gain the tools need for success throughout your life.
Our motto, Learn. Grow. Repeat. captures the spirit of lifelong learning and continuous improvement:
BPX University will offer new courses in the fall, winter, spring and summer. There is a mandatory all-staff training that needs to be completed by Friday, February 27. Check below for details.
An exciting optional course taking place on February 24 will be announced soon. So, make sure to check back in the coming days. All WCD employees are encouraged to participate, though seats will be limited. The courses do not count as hours worked, so employees will not be paid to participate.

Our next BPX University course is here, and it’s one you won’t want to miss. Required for all front-line staff, this course will focus on Serving Customers with Disabilities with confidence, care and respect.
This engaging, hands-on training is designed to help you feel confident, prepared and empowered when serving all customers. You’ll gain practical tools for communicating effectively, better understand different types of disabilities and learn simple, impactful ways to create a more inclusive and accessible experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Six in-person sessions will be offered. Choose the time that works best for you and secure your spot early. All sessions will be located in S201-ABC.
