And we must be doing a pretty good job, because thanks to your feedback the Wisconsin Center District has once again been named a Top Workplace in Southeastern Wisconsin by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

This is the second time the WCD has received this important designation, which is based solely on the survey’s you completed a few months ago.

Through the survey you told the third-party vendor, Energage, that things like the free parking or bus pass we offer to all employees, the affordable and nutritious hot lunches available at the Wells Cafe and raising the minimum starting salary to $17 per hour means a lot to you.

Additionally, you noted how the efforts to improve communications through things like the quarterly town halls and the internal employee surveys make you feel heard and valued.

“You can’t provide unforgettable experiences if you don’t have an environment where employees feel empowered and trusted,” Wisconsin Center District Vice President of Human Resources Nila Tuckson said. “We know the continuous nurturing and development of our Bold. Proud. Experience Obsessed culture is our number one priority, which is why we will never stop innovating and looking for better ways to engage with our staff."
