Welcome Derrick McCall
We are excited to announce that we have a new hire joining the WCD Team on Monday, August 4, 2025.
Derrick McCall has accepted the position of Building Engineer. Derrick brings over 10 years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facilities maintenance. Prior to joining our team, Derrick worked as a Facilities Manager at Cushman and Wakefield in Milwaukee, WI.
He earned his Associates degree in Power Engineering and Boiler Operations from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
We look forward to the knowledge and experience that Derrick will bring to this role.

Welcome Steve Schultz
We are excited to announce that we have a new hire joining the WCD Team on Monday, June 16, 2025.
Steve Schultz has accepted the position of Public Safety Supervisor (2ND Shift). Steve brings over 20 years of experience as a City of Milwaukee Firefighter and also served our country as a United States Marine.
He is a graduate of Carroll University, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Prior to joining our team, Steve worked as a Security Officer for Kohler Industries.
We look forward to the knowledge and experience that Steve will bring to this role.
