March is set aside each year to recognize and celebrate the important contributions of women throughout the world. Officially recognized as Women’s History Month since 1987, it serves as a powerful reminder of the achievements of women who have shaped society in profound ways and made lasting impacts across countless fields.
It’s a time to honor the pioneers who broke barriers, the leaders who redefined what’s possible and the everyday changemakers whose influence continues to move progress forward — including within our own workplace.
This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the trailblazers who have broken, and continue to break, barriersto move our workplaces and communities forward. Their courage, creativity and resilience have strengthened organizations like ours and expanded what’s possible for the next generation.
Thank you to the women across our team who show up, lift others up and help create the Bold. Proud. Experience-obsessed culture we’re building together every day. You challenge us to think bigger, act bolder and lead better.
