As part of our continued employee wellness initiative, we’re pleased to announce that the Wisconsin Center District will be hosting a free on-site Vaccine Clinic this fall to help keep all of our amazing employees healthy and protected during the upcoming season.
 
All employees, part-time and full-time, as well as their household members are eligible to sign up. If you are insured, we just ask that you please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.

COVID-19 vaccines are only available for those with insurance.

Vaccines Offered:

• Flu (65+ available as well) – free
• Covid 19 (Moderna) – with your insurance

Employees who wish to take advantage of this opportunity are encouraged to sign up as-soon-as-possible to assist the vaccinators in planning. Vaccines will be administered by licensed healthcare professionals and the process is quick and convenient.
